$60 to play Football, Field Hockey or be a Cheerleader this fall with SSYAA!

Registrations will be held at Nasson Community Center in Springvale on:

WEDNESDAY MAY 23^rd6-8 p.m.,

WEDNESDAY JUNE 6^th 6-8 p.m.,

WEDNESDAY JUNE 13^th 6-8 p.m.,

and at all Lacrosse games on Sundays (check at concessions stand) 

 REGISTRATION FORM 

Junior Football Eligibility: Players age 7, 8 and 9.

Senior Football (Travel League) Eligibility: Players age 9, 10, 11 and 12 (4^th - 6^th grade)

Field Hockey Eligibility: Girls who will be in grades 3-6 in the 2012-2013 school years.

Cheering Eligibility: Ages 6 and up through grade 6 in 2012-2013 school years.

A family cap of 2 ½ times the registration fee is available for families with 3+ children registering. Due to equipment limitations registrations are limitied. Returning athletes will be placed on teams first. Sanford/Springvale registrants will be placed on teams next and new, out of town registrants will be placed on waiting lists. They will fill available spaces on teams on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The SSYAA would like to start a field hockey program for k-2nd graders this year. We would probably have them all practice together, once a week, and break them into teams on Saturdays for a game. We will be focusing more on building skills and rules, rather than competitiveness. If your children are interested, please contact Michelle Conley, the field hockey commissioner.
